Process and Price List

The Portrait Process

Portrait commissions are painted in several stages.  In the initial stage, the subject(s) setting, clothing and general composition is determined.  Next a sketch of the painting is presented and once approved by the client, the painting can begin.  Portrait fees are listed for life size works. Please contact the artist for pricing on smaller portraits.

Only the finest artist grade oil paints and archival materials are used.

Payment Procedure:
A 40% deposit is due in advance. Balance due at completion of painting and acceptance by the client. 

Group portraits priced upon request.

* Prices do not include framing, shipping, taxes or out of town travel/living expenses.
